This is one of the best and most important trainings available now: if you’re on Bluesky then I guess you understand why. This course can arm and upskill you in fact checking and becoming more social media savvy, all skills you can pass on to students too!

Using Dixit cards to work on categorising, agreement and disagreement and storytelling. This would work well as a whole class activity with show me boards! Games and play are the best way to learn because they create new neural pathways through repetition and practice.

Hide and seek in Springburn park to build emotional literacy, team working skills and English language too - finding the balls, using these photo clues, each colour represented a feeling and so when we found them we had to name something that gave us that feeling. Great Friday afternoon activity!

How everyone feels about #EAL at Balornock primary today. A 5 minute visual check in using Bear cards for emotional literacy and helping us talk about our feelings. Using visual cards allows everyone to take part regardless of their level of English 💝
