Just got home from visiting with my good friend and collaborator Jens Kiilgaard in Copenhagen DK, and what should be waiting for me at my local record store…Linkin Park’s #EmilyArmstrong is incredible! A new study led by Laura Bohrer and Nick Stone is out today in the journal Stem Cells! In this manuscript we describe development of a micro-fluidic mechanoporation platform (CellFE) and cGMP compliant protocols to enable CRISPR correction of disease causing mutations in patient iPSCs.
