I'm working on a katamari inspired game in s&box about a mouse trying to get big enough to roll up the moon (because it's made of cheese) This has been a super fun technical challenge so far and also a ton of fun to work on. I'm hoping to have something playable out by this friday. #gamedev

What am I working on for the #sbox tech jam? It's a secret! But I can show my voxel ray marching I developed for it. I'm just drawing normal cubes here and raymarching a 3D texture within to give the illusion of a lot of cubes. #gamedev

Rendering a sphere that is 1:1 scale with earth in #sbox. It just took one neat trick to do, and it was nice to focus on a simple effect after the nightmare the voxel raymarching was. #screenshotsaturday #gamedev

A GPU Sand simulation running 2048x2048 pixels at around 600 fps in editor, made in #s&box. Most of the performance loss comes from lighting and shadows, without it I can get over 1200 FPS easily.

Some updates on my 3d painting app made in s&box, I can now paint on multiple material channels at once. Finally getting to the point I'll need to add proper UI to start testing more advanced features like layers! I had to rewrite it from scratch to clean it up but it's much better. #WIPWednesday

I'm currently working on a 3D painting application, made in S&Box! It's non destructive, meaning it saves all of your strokes and all of the info within them to reconstruct your textures at any resolution and any time you want! All of the drawing logic runs in a compute shader, super fast. #gamedev

Scrapyard Brawl is a game I made in a month for the last S&Box game jam, a roguelite arena shooter where you battle robots. I am immensely proud of this project and will take it farther once standalone exporting is real, with a multiplayer mode and refined gameplay loop #gamedev
