I lost my job back at the end of July. Almost a month and a half, and I have had only four interviews, with the rest either not responding or moving on without even giving me a chance for an interview. I don't have a lot of money left to pay bills... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You’re ready for the great outdoors, but are you #WeatherReady? Be prepared for, and know how to react to, weather and water hazards such as flash flooding, excessive heat, and lightning. As always, knowing the forecast is critical to preparation too. Visit weather.gov.

Camping Safety - preparing for weather: Know your weather forecast. Notify family/friends of your plans. Have an evacuation plan, know where and how fast you can find shelter. Pack a safety kit and weather radio.

🫠 You don’t have to wait for a heat wave to arrive to begin protecting yourself. Here are some tips to prepare for extreme heat before the summer season begins. For more safety tips visit weather.gov/heat.

Extreme Heat Planning Timeline. Pre-Season - Start Planning before hot weather arrives: build an emergency kit, make a plan for power outages, become trained in first aid for heat-related emergencies and check that your air conditioner and fans are in working order. A few days out - If the forecast calls for extreme heat, be ready: gather food, water & medication; make a list of friends and family to check on and help prepare; know your local cooling stations or other cool locations; reschedule outdoor events. During and After - Remain vigilant and stay informed: stay in A/C and out of the sun if possible, check on friends, family, neighbors and pets, drink plenty of water, take breaks and use a buddy system if working outdoors.

We're getting there little by little, sure. But it's a road. Anyway happy international asexuality day #asexual #internationalasexualityday #asexualvisibilityday

A comic with a simple style depicting two people wearing clothes with the colors of the asexual flag, facing each other and having a conversation. The person on the left says: "As a sex-repulsed asexual, I feel like I'm treated as inferior to sex-favorable asexuals because I can't give people the satisfaction of talking about, writing about, or engaging with sex." The person on the right says: "As a sex-favorable asexual, I feel like I'm respected less than sex-repulsed asexuals because I don't conform to the stereotype people have of aces, so they either kinda ignore my orientation or impose new stereotypes on me."
A second panel shows both of them looking dejected, supporting each other by the shoulder. The person on the left concludes: "So, basically, we can't win, huh." The person on the right answers: "What else is new."

I know it's late (I had no motivation all day) but I wanted to draw Haruko for the Trans Day of Visibility since I've been wanting to draw her in a legit drawing again and not just a doodle. That's her husband, Edgar back there. This ain't about him though.

Drawing of Haruko. She's a human who owns a bar/bath house/weed dispensary. A transgender woman, Ki's oldest friend, and a character I really need to draw more than once every 2 years.

She's smoking a fat blunt.

Behind her is her husband Edgar at the bar but this ain't about him.
