Last, but not least. This is my favorite shot of her to date. Look how adorable she is!! Can you see why I want her to let me adopt her? She's also so much smaller than other adult cats. #photography #urbanphotography #cat

Don't mind the dying plant. It's gone now. She sleeps behind the planters a lot. I assume for an added layer of protection since she can't be seen. I really hope she will let me get close to her soon. I'd like her to come inside before it gets too cold. #photography #urbanphotography #cat

Finally, the lovely Lenore. She lives on my patio full time, now, and she hisses at me when I'm late getting her dinner, or wake her up, or sometimes just exist. She still won't be on the patio while I'm out there. #photography #urbanphotography #cat

This guy came around a couple days. I think he was bothering Lenore. I saw him around the complex a few times after that, but I don't know if he's still around. New cats have a hard time being accepted in with the regulars. #photography #urbanphotography #cat #flowers

I know this isn't the most elaborate ant hill to exist, but it's pretty good for an area that is tread on regularly. I thought it was really cool. #photography #urbanphotography #anthill

The sun is such an interesting subject to photograph. Sometimes it washes everything out. But add just a light layer of clouds and it is hauntingly beautiful. #photography #urbanphotography #clouds #sun #trees

In the summer, these delicate flowers suddenly appear everywhere. I don't know what they are, but they are cute. They don't stay very long because they tend to bloom right as temperatures are reaching the peak, but they're pretty for a bit. #photography #urbanphotography #streetphotography #flowers

I do love a view from taller buildings, and big, fluffy clouds. There's not much I'll miss about Texas when we leave, but the skies here sure do some amazing things. #photography #urbanphotography #clouds

Good morning, all. I've been lurking here and there, but not posting. I've been so busy writing lately, and when I take breaks I usually just scroll the feed for a bit. Here's one from June. I've been really into shooting garbage lately. #photography #urbanphotography #tree #fence

I walk past this fire hydrant twice a day and I love it. The color stands out so much. One morning the lighting was perfect. Shadows stretching behind, weeds growing through the bricks, lamppost leaning slightly. Beautiful. #photography #urbanphotography #hydrant #firehydrant

Hi, all. I still exist. I fell off for a bit due to some severe health issues. I'm doing much better now, but have been very focused on writing and drawing and haven't been putting much energy into photography. I still have a lot that hasn't been posted. Here's a bun in the morning sun.

At this point if you're using AI, I'm assuming you're MAGA. We KNOW how damaging it is to every aspect of our society. On top of environmental harm, there are studies about cognitive decline in people using it. And it would make my life better if it went away. I spend a lot of energy avoiding it.

Good morning, all. Every weekend, I shut down my work computer. And every Monday, I turn it back on and open all of the tabs I will be using all week. One of those tabs is OneDrive. I use it to easily transfer photos between my phone, work computer, and personal laptop easily. 1/2

I was venting to my co-worker that all of the accessible restrooms and the accessible stall in the communal restroom were occupied at the same time and I had to wait 5 minutes for one to be vacated because I need the handle bar. 1/4

This plant had these tiny, adorable flowers. I absolutely loved them. I'm glad I got a photo when I did because the landscapers removed this before the big festival and fireworks show. I hope it will grow back. #photography #urbanphotography #plants

One of the baby buns outside my office. I haven't seen them much this week because the heat has been bad. They usually come out around dawn and dusk to eat, when daytime and nighttime predators are waking up and going to sleep. #photography #urbanphotography #babybunny #bunny #rabbit

I miss the flower vines that grew here before the fence was installed, when it was just chain link. I wonder if all these plants growing here are the descendants of those vines. Maybe one day they will flower. #photography #urbanphotography #traintracks #plants
