The Internet was so promising 20 years ago. Now it's all gone to shit.

Not necessarily done all of these, but noted any relative interest. If a partner wanted to try something new, I'm very open minded. ✨

If you bought $10k worth of $TSLA on July 29, that is now worth $12k. Nothing fundamentally changed. The stock market is all vibes these days. 📉📈

If you timed buying the lows and selling the highs, you might have made a lot... But if you bought and held, the investment has likely returned less than a cash savings account.

Just spit balling because we wouldn't put this "strategy" past him....

Wall Street analysts estimate an 80% chance of a 2027 combination to unite their AI, Terafab chip manufacturing, and Starlink data infrastructure. To get it done, Musk will likely follow a specific sequence:Leverage Tesla Milestones: Musk has stated he is uncomfortable building AI leadership at Tesla without 25% voting control. He will likely wait to vest upcoming 2025 performance packages to push his Tesla voting block closer to a dominant position. The "Cheaper Tesla" Strategy: If Tesla's stock drops relative to SpaceX, it requires fewer SpaceX shares to buy Tesla out. A lower Tesla valuation allows Musk to execute the buyout while maintaining his iron grip on the combined mega-entity.

The Valuation "Sweet Spot" for a BuyoutThe core mechanism of a merger hinges on the valuation ratio between the two corporate giants. The Current Mismatch: SpaceX is valued at roughly $1.49 trillion, while Tesla sits at $934 billion. For SpaceX to acquire Tesla in an all-stock deal today, it would have to issue an astronomical amount of new shares, diluting existing SpaceX investors by roughly 62%.The Target ($100–$150 Share Price): If Tesla drops to $125 per share, its market cap falls to roughly $490 billion. At that price, SpaceX would only need to issue about 33% of new equity to absorb Tesla. This smaller dilution is a threshold that SpaceX’s independent board and institutional mega-funds (like Fidelity and Alphabet) are far more likely to approve.

Avoid "Conflict of Interest" LawsuitsIf Musk attempts a merger without overwhelming shareholder support, he faces severe "self-dealing" litigation. Because he is the CEO and dominant shareholder of both sides, any deal looks like Musk negotiating with himself. To legally protect the deal, it requires approval by a majority of the minority—meaning independent Tesla shareholders must vote "Yes." If he doesn't control the vote, activist investors can block it.Overcoming the "Math Problem" DilutionA merger right now faces a massive valuation gap:SpaceX sits at roughly $1.5 trillion.Tesla sits at roughly $1.2 trillion. If SpaceX tried to buy Tesla in an all-stock deal, SpaceX would have to issue an astronomical amount of new shares. This would dilute existing SpaceX investors by roughly 45%. Independent SpaceX board members and institutional funds would aggressively fight this dilution unless Musk uses absolute voting power to override them.

Tesla is down 23% relative to November 2021. Billions has traded hands, millionaires have likely been made, but fundamentally it's not returning any shareholder value.
