#pokemon Team MZ beach vacation! but first they gotta figure out how to fit AZ on the train lol

Panel 1 of a loose sketch comic featuring Team MZ in bathing suits and beachwear. Urbain, Taunie, Lida, and Naveen are all excitedly standing together, with Floette hovering above them in a little sunhat. Taunie's holding up 8 fingers.

Taunie: 8 tickets to Cyllage City, please!

Panel 2. The ticket clerk sits at her desk and looks at her computer.

Clerk: Oui, certainement... Ah, is a second party of four arriving soon?

Panel 3. A tall, dark shadow suddenly looms over the ticket clerk, and she looks up in shock. It's clearly AZ, based on the silhouette.

AZ: Indeed, that would be me.

Clerk: Ah-... C... Certainement...

Panel 4. A view of a train interior with two sets of four-seat arrangements across from each other. On the right, Team MZ's seated and chatting, while Naveen looks at his phone and is somewhat listening. On the left, AZ's scrunched into all four seats, his legs scrunched up and feet placed on the chairs across from him. Nonetheless, he's smiling as he's hunched over a book, reading glasses on. He's also wearing more beach-appropriate clothes, with short sleeves and beach shorts, and has a large briefcase sitting underneath him. Floette's sitting on his knee, looking out the window, and a bystander in the row behind him is looking at him with a bewildered expression.

#plza #azpokemon #pokemon #az A little silly comic I did when PLZA first came out, Urbain/Taunie must've nearly burned down the hotel a few times

A sketchy comic based on Pokémon Legends: Z-A. AZ is sitting in his bed and reading a book, while Floette sits on his shoulder and reads with him.

The same panel as before, except a loud crash erupts from onscreen. AZ merely looks to the side, while Floette flinches, surprised.

Floette flies off of AZ's shoulder, clearly worried, while he raises a hand to stop her, closing his eyes in exasperation. "Ignore him, Floette. He needs to learn how to use a fire extinguisher eventually."

Gonna start posting some of my old (ish) #azpokemon doodles here too, here's two of my fav outfits I've put him in

An illustration of AZ from Pokémon in a new outfit, striking a pose that orients him upside-down. He's wearing a black jacket with red trim and zigzagging buttons, with long flared sleeves, one red and one blue, stitched onto it with silver bolts. His pants are likewise stitched in a zigzag pattern using the same red and blue fabric, ending with black flared cuffs with red trim. He's wearing white spats and black dress shoes. His hair's out of his eyes completely, and he has a black and red eyepatch over his right eye. His hair is braided and tied off with a red ribbon. He's holding his cane between his legs, and Floette floats happily in his other hand.

A close-up of the previous illustration showing more of AZ's face. He's smiling calmly and confidently to the camera, his hair completely out of his face.

An illustration of AZ from Pokémon in a long sleeveless black-and-red dress on a red-and-green background. His hair is braided and tied off with a red ribbon, and he's wearing a red flower in his hair. His dress is predominantly red with black lace along the layers. A black bow sits on his hip, and he's wearing long black gloves. His shoes are black pumps with red accents on the toes.

A close-up of the previous illustration showing more details of AZ's face. He's blushing shyly but happily as he looks at the dress. He's wearing a necklace with a red gem pendant. His shoulders and neck are tattooed, and he has scarring on his neck and over his heart.

Pokemon Legends ZA AU where the sole premise is Lobolg is there Please pardon the self-indulgent old man yaoi involving an OC #doodle #pokemon #oc #lobolg #art #illustration #ocsky #fanart

A sketchy artwork of my character Lobolg, holding a Mawile and with Impidimp and Venipede at his feet. The text beside him reads:

Lobolg
-Claims to be from another world entirely
-Supposedly was here 1000 years ago
-Is drawn to pokemon people fear
-Dislikes poke balls, and doesn’t use them
-Enjoys tea, conversation, learning about pokemon
-Friends with AZ
-Height: 6'5"
Age: ???
Team: Mawile, Grimmsnarl, Absol, Scolipede

A sketchy comic of Lobolg with Taunie.

Panel 1:
Taunie: So what do you think of Lumiose City, Mr. Lobolg?

Panel 2: Lobolg looks behind him at a bench with hostile anti-homeless armrests.

Panel 3:
Lobolg: ... There's room for improvement

Panel 1 of a sketchy comic of Lobolg and AZ having a conversation over tea. Floette is seated on the table eating a biscuit.

Lobolg: I must say... my dear friend, you’ve changed remarkably since I last saw you. For the better!

AZ: And you, Lobolg... despite it being 1000 years, you’ve only changed slightly. A small mote of optimism.

Lobolg: Yes, well... When you reach my age, you’ve actualized to near totality, save for a great catastrophe twisting you. That, and if I am not paying direct attention to time, it slips away like it’s nothing.

Panel 2 of a sketchy comic of Lobolg and AZ having tea. Lobolg is turned away shyly while AZ looks at him knowingly. Floette is now also paying attention.

AZ: Is that you saying that you intended to visit me more often?
Lobolg: Erm... W-well... yes. I suppose. I-I... my life is a busy one, alas, and things slip my mind all too frequently. Shall we make a more concrete plan? Say, a visit every century or so?
AZ: I’d prefer at least every decade, in all honesty.
Lobolg: ... So would I. I’ll see what I can do.

Finished my #tarot illustrations with my #OCs, 4 of the gods of Merlen-Gala, my worldbuilding project! I really liked brainstorming for this assignment :) #illustration #drawing #art #lobolg #fantasy

A tarot-card based illustration of a rainbow-haired monster as The Magician. He sits in front of a starry background, with two of his four arms pointing up and down.

In the bottom left corner is a purple insignia of a falling star, and in the bottom right is the roman numeral for 1.

A tarot-based illustration of a great tree creature representing Strength. It's posed crouched in front of a purple-leaved tree, nurturing it with their leafy wings outstretched. They have a mane of leaves dotted with tiny, brightly-colored flowers.

In the bottom left corner is a green emblem of a tree, and in the bottom right corner is the Roman numeral for 8.

A tarot-based illustration of a cloaked elf woman dancing, representing the sun. She's up en pointe with one hand raised above her head, and the sun shines brightly behind her. She wears a simple white dress with a black cloak covering her head, and she has many blonde braids spilling from her shoulders.

In the bottom left corner is a golden emblem of the sun, and in the bottom right corner is the roman numeral for 19.

A tarot-based illustration of a small, mousy woman in round glasses and a magenta cloak, standing in a dark library, representing The High Priestess. She's holding a blue book and facing to the left, looking upward with her free hand on her chin.

In the bottom left corner is a magenta emblem representing a scroll or a skein of cloth, and in the bottom right corner is the roman numeral for 2.

(CW medication mention) late night comic because I can’t fathom why I keep doing this #comic #doodle

Hello~ thanks so much for making these starter packs! Thought I’d pop in with some of my stuff and see if I can’t get a spot on part 4 (no worries if not haha) Also apologies if these are crunchy, I’m posting from my phone

A bust illustration of a monster character in front of a starry background. He’s covered in black fur, with a long snout, lots of sharp teeth, and glowing white eyes. He has a crown of horns, from which a mane of wild, multicolor hair erupts. He’s smiling eagerly.

A chibi illustration of a shy-looking monster with tawny fur, hooves, and a long, thin tail. He has a blonde mane, soft blue eyes, a scar over his left eye, and two horns. He’s wearing a baby blue scarf, a white shirt with long brown sleeves and yellow stars on the shoulders, and blue pants. He’s sweating nervously and pointing at himself.

An illustration of an older gentleman wearing an eccentric formal outfit. He has a gold crown made of individual diamond pieces placed together, a long black overcoat with claw-like sleeves and a glittery magenta lining, a purple shirt and trousers, and sharp black boots with gold accents. He has a wooden staff across his back, as well as a long, thin tail tipped with multicolor fur.

A simple illustration of my sona, a yellow star-shaped creature with glasses, laying on the ground and giving a weak thumbs up. A wobbly speech bubble overhead says “all g”.

While Lobolg usually puts on a cheerful and welcoming, if slightly intimidating, mien, he's... rather anxious, usually. He worries about his children, about the fate of Merlen-Gala, about the future... it's something he's had to wrestle with for some time. But... he's glad he's alive. #Lobolg

An illustration of Lobolg floating in a sea of stars. He sits cross-legged, with his staff behind him, leaning his chin on his hand and smiling wryly towards the viewer. His mane explodes past the border of the illustration.

110

Elsa Fitzgerald 🏳️‍🌈 ✨ (Commissions Open!) @stellarblitz.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

Another thing he enjoys is spending time amongst mortals; when raising some of his children in secrecy, he dons a half-elf guise that he calls Lorenzo. He's... not good at lying, as you might gather, but he enjoys confusion and leans into it by playing the "strange bard" role. GMAPS info in 2nd pic!

A character reference for Lorenzo, a tall half-elf with gray hair, a beard, and a long purple overcoat. He goes by he/him pronouns, appears to be around 60 years old, and stands at 6'5". He wears a lavender dress shirt and brown slacks under his overcoat, and carries a wooden staff on his back via a leather strap. He wears nice black leather dress shoes with white spats.

Next to him is a short bio: "A keen alias for Lobolg, Lorenzo acts as co-manager of Thodd's bookstore, The Menagerie. Deeming oneself a wizard is an easy coverup for divine powers, and all of Lobolg's charisma and wit is maintained through this facade. To call it seamless, however, would be a lie. He's not too fond of being mistaken for an old man, but if he wants to look the part of a father of two, he has little choice."

100

Elsa Fitzgerald 🏳️‍🌈 ✨ (Commissions Open!) @stellarblitz.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

Despite these challenges, he's grown into a compassionate, if eccentric and mischievous, god. He adores his children, the hobs of Lohobvari, with all his heart, and takes pleasure in the arts, tea-making, and playing with poisons. He will protect those whom he loves with everything he has.

A drawing of chibi Lobolg in a pink teacup. The teabag tag says "nightshade".

100

Elsa Fitzgerald 🏳️‍🌈 ✨ (Commissions Open!) @stellarblitz.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

He's matured greatly over 100,000 years, but he knows well which of the gods wronged him... and while he's grown kinder over the millennia, some wounds never heal. Such as the one that took away one of his tails, and turned it into a staff, cursing it so he cannot lie so long as he holds it.

A work-in-progress screenshot from my comic, showing Lobolg in the top panel startled, then eventually crying in the second panel.

Elsa Fitzgerald 🏳️‍🌈 ✨ (Commissions Open!) @stellarblitz.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

Lobolg is the youngest of the gods of my world. Born from a meteor crashing into the magic-rich waters of Merlen-Gala, the rest of the pantheon didn't know what to do with such a beast at first... so they hastily made him a god to get him on their good side. That... didn't work as planned.

A chibi icon of Lobolg, with the word "CHAOS" in block letter font coming out of his mouth.

A character reference sheet for Lobolg, my OC. He's a four-armed, hooved monster character with a long, sharp-toothed snout, glowing white eyes, dark fur, a long, thin tail, and a snake-like tongue. He carries a wooden staff, and erupting from his head and the tip of his tail is a mane of multicolored fur.

Hello~ My name's Elsa, I'm still a student but I'm working on my capstone comic project! Here's some recent character designs I did for it this semester:

A full-body drawing of Drucilla, a black woman with a shaggy Afro and dark sunglasses, posing playfully.

A full-body drawing of Fortuo, a heavyset, freckled person with red hair and gardening gear. They're raising their hand in a gentle wave.

A full-body drawing of Maria, a pouting teenager with short-cut pink hair and a sleeveless black hoodie.

Quick and dirty comic based on something that happened earlier this week #comic #art #doodle #sketch

A 4-panel comic featuring round, simple characters. The first panel is of a person purchasing something at a cashier, wearing a red hat and turned away. The second panel is my character, looking towards them suspiciously. The third panel is the red-hat-wearing individual turning towards the camera, revealing the red hat is just a Bass Pro Shops hat. The third panel shows my character relieved, with a thought bubble saying "Oh thank god lol".

(CW Gore/Intestines) Well since more eyes are on me, might as well share my latest full piece, an assignment for class where I drew a (fully hypothetical) comic cover for the Epic of #gilgamesh #art #illustration #humbaba #enkidu #studentwork

A cover illustration for a hypothetical comic adaptation of The Epic of Gilgamesh. The title is in the upper right corner, with a shadowy monster, Humbaba, lurking behind a tree and staring with menacing eyes. In front of the tree, in the bottom left corner, are Gilgamesh, standing and holding a spear, and Enkidu, crouched with a sword. Gilgamesh is broad and stout, with a cape, while Enkidu is more lean and athletic, with animal features such as long ears, a darkened nose, a lion's tail, and a single horn on the right side of his head. Both are apprehensive about fighting Humbaba.
