I’m a badass babe, strong AF and tougher than you think. I’ve been doing incredible things while in the worst pain imaginable for years.

It’s so validating when you see the doctor post-op and she says you have “severe endometriosis” and doesn’t even know how you were functioning pre surgery (while she’s tearing up). #endometriosis #poledancer #aerialist #strongwomen

That’s great you don’t need surgery! I’m glad you have found how to manage symptoms and pain 💕

@stella-rae.bsky.social on flying pole at @phoenixflightstudio #poledance #flyingpole #aerialist I'm fortunate to be able to work with many artists and performers who are both talented and open to experimenting with lighting and angles.

Lovely pole class today taught by @stella-rae.bsky.social. I feel much more comfortable in stripper heels now than I did went I started 3 months ago.

Winter! I get too sweaty so the summer is hard to learn tricks. In winter I stick to the pole like a frog 🐸

And ffs leave someone alone if you are making them uncomfortable! No one owes you any explanation.

That’s actually a great takeaway. Even if you think your intentions are good, you’re instantly making the conversation about yourself. Listen and take actions within your own life without need for validation or a “good job for being a decent human!”
