I am a person that looses weight pretty fast if i feel like putzing effort into it. I did go from 110 kg ( like 242 ibs ) to 95 kg ( 209 ibs ) in like half a year. The interesting thing that happened is that everybody has a different theory what i lost, but is sure it was not body fat.
