I lost track of days, but I finished! I may add more sequins in the skirt, but done for now. That was a LOT of sequins. #sewing #costume #iceskating

Stoning Day 4. Skirt back completed. Color looks weird because it’s a mesh skirt so I put parchment paper behind to prevent gluing the skirt to the leotard bottoms. #wip #iceskating #costume #sewing

Time to get stoned! Progress on the ice skating costume I’m making for my niece. I’ve started placing the rhinestones. #sewing #iceskating #wip

Youngest is in his last year of high school. I had to share this photo the field photographer took, he is a Drum Major this year, and this was at the first home football game. Love this kid! Photo credit: McLeanDK Photography #marchingarts #marchingband

About to start a rather ambitious figure skating costume for my niece. I’ll try to post some progress photos. I will be adapting this Taylor Swift Versace designed bodysuit into a skating dress!

Taylor Swift wearing a heavily rhinestoned and sequined light pink bodysuit. This original is a Versace creation.

I’m asking for some housekeeping advice. When I change the tablecloth on the dining table, I often have trouble with very lumpy tablecloths. Sometimes they are scratchy, too. I wash in cold water and tumble dry low. Does anyone have any advice? #catsofmastodon #MrMittens
