Heritage Foundation has released an absolutely insane policy proposal to label all trans people as domestic terrorists. It uses completely made up instances of terrorism and made up statistics but facts don't matter to them. They want us all eradicated.

I think that's the fundamental mistake of Musk's takeover of Twitter and the way other tech people wrongly view social media. In their minds, social media exists as a money maker which means posts need to create engagement so sell ads. Viral tweets and ragebait are good for their business model

Similarly, I like Cameron's movies just fine but I think that other than Titanic, they're largely forgettable. I enjoy watching them but rarely feel drawn to see them again. They're usually an impressive technical achievement but the writing is always pretty bland and the characters are pretty flat.
