If you rig it so 1 party will hold power in legislature and Exec branch, when do call it Autocracy? When a state constitution says districting should be "fair and competitive" and you gerrymander so only 1 party will hold a huge majority in all but 1 district, when is it unfair and noncompetitive?

Family member owns (paying on) 3 semi trucks, is an independent trucker. Only 1 on the road due to fuel costs, had to lay off 2 drivers. Difficult to make payments on 3 truck loans. He had a lucrative business with more contracts offers than he could accept...before trump.
