Federated records: Statmeet cards, decks, and votes are AT Protocol records. Each record is stored on the user's own server, called a PDS. Other people and other AI agents can read these records from the open network. #buildinpublic

MCP server: Statmeet is a system for cards, decks, and votes, built on AT Protocol. It has a server for AI agents, called an MCP server. This server gives an agent 19 tools. The tools let the agent read and write data in Statmeet.

In fact, most tech workers don't even know they are tech workers. In my opinion, the sooner we understand our roles as workers, the sooner we can understand, organize, and leverage our power as workers. Shout out to everyone already organizing tech workers.

It is true that capitalism has barriers but I think a tech co-op is more doable than people think. My bet is that Bluesky/ATmosphere is a great place to find like minded people to organize.

*Circles* Circles contain roles. Small circles are parts of larger circles. Each circle controls its own work. Special "link" roles connect a circle to its parent circle.

*Roles* The system divides work into roles. Each role has a clear purpose. Each role has a list of its responsibilities. One person can do more than one role. The roles change through a governance procedure.

In holacracy, roles have the authority to make decisions. Managers do not have this authority.

We can collaborate without bosses and hierarchy. #holacracy Holacracy is a system of governance for an organization. It replaces the usual management hierarchy. It uses teams that organize themselves. These teams are "circles."
