Sitting in the cell phone lot at the airport at night is a mood

If I wasn’t broke, this would be a good deal.

Huh, wasn’t expecting Kaworu. I definitely felt closer to Misato though. www.idrlabs.com/neon-genesis...

Uh oh, I might actually play Warhammer 40k. Not a bad deal for $35. The shop owner was nice enough to throw that handbook in for free since he and I didn’t know if the intro set had it included.

My daughter and I are watching this absolute banger of a movie.

I like how it even has a certificate. I am uploading this along with my annual cyber awareness training.

PS2 works again. I had to tune the laser a bit, and it would read discs again. This made my night.

The plus side is that I did get a new shelf for my Mac collection that is a little more sturdy. This room is still a work in progress.

I’m sad. I went to pull out a guitar I haven’t been able to touch since 2019 and the neck is broken. Then, I found my PS2 and that won’t read disks even with a cleaning DVD. The motor still works so I know it’s not that.

Traveled for work. Tucson and further south is a lot different than Phoenix/Sedona. I always love the desert.

When in doubt, read the fucking manual... I took a break and finally read and COMPREHENDED what I was reading for once. It is set up for now, will mess with it more later. I am hoping to have some of this up in my gitlab repo at some point. :)

I finally set up Prometheus and Grafana in my homelab and it's such a lifesaver to pinpoint performance issues. I was going cross-eyed looking at logs and CLI metrics. I am using node-exporter for prometheus on a few hosts. #grafana #homelab #prometheus #metrics #monitoring #logging #devops #linux

A concealed carry is bad but this is okay to them if you’re on their side and white.

I’ve had this external seagate drive that I received as a gift since 2013. It’s still kicking and I use it for storage for my PPC Macs

VFIO Passthrough to Windows is officially a success. Now just some performance tuning and tweaks between Looking Glass and VM. I think I will set up CPU pinning so the guest doesn't have to share time with the host.
