I'm here to be horny and unnerving. If that makes you uncomfortable GTFO. Those of you who choose to stay can rub my tummy and join the puppy club! OwO Taken by @betwixtyiff.bsky.social 💖🐲

My awesome bf @betwixtyiff.bsky.social collabed with the wonderfully talented @maneddog.bsky.social to make RIKU'S MASTERPIECE - STOP DOOM SCROLLING, PLAY SOLO RPGS! The viewcount was low but I thought Riku's video essay made some great points about the cycle of digital addiction and perseverance.

I have a pretty complicated relationship with the 3DS. On the one hand, it introduced me to Zelda through Ocarina of Time 3D, and had great exclusives like Kid Icarus Uprising, but on the other hand... I don't miss being a Nintendo fan during this era lol

Paper Mario Sticker Star. I don't need to explain why this is here.

Metroid Prime Federation Force. Exactly what people wanted after the last Prime game flopped and received backlash because it ignored Metroidvania game design to appeal to fans of loud action games. Another Prime entry that ignores Metroidvania game design to appeal to fans of loud action games. And it's multiplayer. Fuck off.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity. Probably the largest gulf in quality between a game on 3DS and its series' previous entry. Going from Explorer's of Sky, a game so beloved people still romhack it to this day, a game that spawned hundreds of fan comics and pokesonas with scarves, to a game most PMD fans will play for an hour and then skip, was fucking heartbreaking.

Mario and Luigi Dream Team. Listen. I love Pokemon Sun and Moon. I know people hate it because its tutorial is long. But the tutorials in Dream Team? They last THE ENTIRE GAME. On top of that, AlphaDream's artstyle got less appealing, this game runs at 30 unlike DS BiS which ran at 60, the game is too focused on motion control gimmicks for dream fights, and many dream fights drag on too long, the pacing isn't very good, it's all around just the worst out of the original 4 entries. Yeah I said it. It's the only one I haven't finished because it's too boring.

I never could've imagined that this past decade would birth some of the best platformers of all time. And these are just the ones out now that I've finished. We're still waiting on Yooka Replaylee and Return to Yoshi's Island, and I still need to finish Spark 3 and Sonic + Shadow Gen. What a time!

After a birthday spent swimming together in the backyard, Betwixt finds himself in Riku's clutches. With the sun setting, there's only one way Betwixt wants this day to end~ Art by the talented Vorobushek @ furaffinity.net/user/yoursparrow And happy Birthday to my mate @vensfw.bsky.social 🦊❤️‍🐺
