More than any other state, Michiganders are disproportionately paying the brunt for Trump’s disastrous tariffs. His tariff war is hurting our automotive industry, wrecking tourism, hamstringing small businesses, and driving up the cost of everyday goods for everyone

I was proud to testify in support of my bipartisan three-bill package, known as Theresa’s Law, alongside my colleagues Reps. Wozniak & Rep. Hoskins. House Bills 6320-6322 are named in memory of Theresa Sella Skrabis, who died from injuries while living in a Michigan facility for the aging.

Prices are up on everything from gas to food to shipping, costing you more everywhere you go. Republicans think this is just the cost of doing business, but I think it’s unacceptable. I’m working to lower costs and keep money in your pocket.

Every 16 years, the Mi. Constitution requires that a constitutional convention question be placed on the ballot. A majority “yes” vote would trigger the Legislature to convene a constitutional convention. We will have a special guest to help shed light on what this question means and why it matters.

Primary care is the front door to our healthcare system. When that door is difficult to access, people have to travel farther, costs rise and preventable problems can become emergencies. The Primary Care Transformation Package would bring primary care closer to home.
