Thank you for the solidarity. To clarify, the Pulitzer was awarded for our coverage of the deadly school shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School. Pulitzer eligibility is based on the prior calendar year, so our coverage of the ICE surge was not considered for the 2026 Pulitzer awards.
