Yeah, I never stopped wearing masks at work and I almost never get sick now. It was at least an 80 percent reduction in respiratory illness over the last six years, maybe more. I wish I had started long ago.

First impressions of the RE4 remake are that it's better than the original, which I'm honestly kind of lukewarm on. I still don't like it as much as the more traditional titles in the series, but I don't feel bad about spending 15 bucks on it as of yet.

I started playing Minoria tonight, and I think it was the right decision. I enjoyed Fatal Frame 2 but I think it was time to move on to something a little more action-y. I'm enjoying it so far!

I think I'm going to start a new game tonight. I've been feeling like doing some kind of metroidvania for a while now and I think this might be a good time.

I know many of my regulars already know, but I'll be away from home this weekend and thus won't be streaming (slightly possibility of a Monday stream, but pretty unlikely, haha). See you all next week!

Also Locktober is coming up, isn't it? I need to figure out what I'll be doing for that, haha

Finished my first playthrough of the Fatal Frame 2 remake tonight. I think it's a pretty good game even if I'm pretty lukewarm on the new stealth segments. I'm currently deciding if I want to stream more of it trying to get the other endings.

Having a pretty good time with the Fatal Frame 2 remake so far, though I'm a little uncertain how I feel about the stealth segments.

Finally finished with Trails of Cold Steel 2! I definitely think I'll be playing some shorter things for a while, haha x_x

And I really WANT academia to be a positive and good thing, and maybe it can be sometimes, but it has so many very real problems that need to be addressed.

Years ago I had a positive view of academia but after watching someone I deeply care about be abused by it (both in the past and presently) I've long since cast that nonsense aside. I feel like so many people in it need to be made to take a long, hard look at their privilege.

As a new Harry Potter trailer makes the rounds, it bears repeating that there’s no way to watch this show without supporting J.K. Rowling’s bigotry and the structural violence she’s inflicting on the trans community.

There is no ethical consumption of HBO’s Harry Potter series

You can’t without supporting Rowling’s transphobic bigotry.

It was an extremely dead night so I ended stream early, but at least I can go eat before I'm basically starving, haha

While probably not available quite yet, the updated annual flu and covid vaccines will likely be available soon. Get vaccinated if you are able to -- it's part of being a responsible adult, and it can save the health and lives of immunocompromised people!

Thanks for being a cool dude. It's nice to know that the voice of Rean Schwarzer takes a stand against wretched people.
