anyways, I'm gonna have to set an appointment i really am getting pressures again today and idk if it's cause of my terrible posture or something else, but i need to check it out it's been weird

and now I'm having pressures on my back and chest again and she is just like 'get an appointment with the doctor' without saying anything else or offering comfort it's just makes me anxious in a way

I feel a bit upset/sad cause every time I have something that is related to my health and I tell my mom, it's like she doesn't want to be bothered by it... like when I had my eye hemorrhage she basically just said ok

I have to try it! I hate those underwire ngl its so uncomfortable, I was just scared it was less support, but it must be similar than a sport one! curling fetus position is so therapeutic but I know I have to train myself to do it 😔 I feel like when I sleep on my back, I tend to get nightmares

I was so tired today from work, I barely did anything in the evening

I do prefer sports bra too, but I'll try it out without the underwire, cause I do feel like it's hurting too sometimes 😔 omg me too!! and I am such a big side sleeper too so no matter how I try, I always wake up on my side and it hurts my arm too😔

I'm trying to take note of when it happens, cause I talked with her about it last year, but she couldn't figure out what was the cause for sure back then, after some tests. She thought also the type of bra can cause pressure sometimes and it's just more sensitive for some

She is such a wonderful role model 🥹 They should make 1000000 comics, novels and movies about her and her alone!!

Sometimes I have a weird pressure on my chest, but idk how to explain, its like when I sleep/stay on a side of my arm and then theres like a pressure there for a couple hours. It feels like that and idk if its cause I just sit all day with the worse posture and way possible or if it's something else
