having a good boss is so essential… i think my boss was good once, but the environment is so brutal she’s just so anxious now and passes it to me 🙃 typing it all out helps, ty for listening ❤️ it’s so hard bc my boss is so nice and sweet, and i love my coworkers, but that can only go so far
