My part in last year's Stony Art Relay 💖 This was for the first chain, I did art for the second round. Looking back, this piece definitely taught me a lot about drawing folds and making cloth look ✨shiny✨ #stony #stevetony #cap-im #FanArt #art #ArtSky #sketch #syanart

Fanart of Tony Stark and Steve Rogers (Iron Man and Captain America) as part of an art chain relay. The original reference had them on the cover of a fashion magazine. As an extension this image has been drawn like an inner page.

It features Tony sitting on Steve's lap, his arm wrapped around his shoulders and a hand pressed against his chest, with a gold ring on his ring finger. Tony is dressed in a sparkling golden suit and tie, with thigh high, red, sparkling platform boots.

Steve is in a latex version of his normal uniform. Where the star should be is a peekaboo cutout in the shape of a star, exposing his chest. His sleeves are capped and he's wearing long red gloves. And his normal shield harness. The white panels on his belly are missing while the red stripes still remain. He is wearing latex shorts and knee high blue boots.

🧸 these hands are too shaky to hold 🧸 archiveofourown.org/works/61444519 #stevetony #stony #cap-im #ficsbysoliloquent

Moodboard for the fic containing six images: a picture of Tony Stark from Endgame, Tony’s lakehouse, a picture of Steve Rogers from Endgame, a close-up of a Captain America action figure held by a small hand, a picture of Morgan Stark, a plate of scrambled eggs with spinach

Rated T. No Archive Warnings Apply.

Summary:

Accepting help from the man he once feared — and thought he hated — brings up more than just discomfort. It brings up feelings, bruised and battered and locked away in a tiny box in his heart, the key thrown in a sea of sorrow. And seeing Steve willingly dive into those turbulent waters to rescue the key knocks Tony off balance, makes him unsteady, as if his soul is being pulled from a place too raw, too dangerous to revisit.

Tony sighs and opens the door wider. “Come in, Cap.”

or: An injured Tony, a determined Steve, and an adorable Morgan spend a few weeks together.

Words: 15000 (1 chapter).
