I'm basically done. I'm cooked here. I have no counterplay. I summon Crusadia Reclusia and link into Crusadia Magius. Mirrorjade activates to banish. Light and Darkness Dragonlord activates to negate. THAT SHIT IS NOT OPTIONAL. MIRRORJADE IS OUT OF COMMISSION. THERE IS A GODDAMN CHANCE.

Obviously they have to fire off Banishment early to snipe me, so they summon Albion, fuse it with Bystial Lubellion, and make Light and Darkness Dragonlord. Now they have negates, too, but I've disrupted one interaction before my turn starts. Now I just gotta play it out.

This is one I had discovered just before making the document and almost forgot to add. Anson in Idle Champions has a feat called Get Behind Me. I am almost done the first Fallbacks book, am trying to see if this is based off of a scene from any of them. Will report back.

A feat from Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. It's associated with Anson, the human fighter of the Fallbacks. It allows him to taunt enemies and build up unique stacks to power up his buff.

On a much less weird note, both Colossus and Invisible Woman are quoted saying "Behind me" on two respective Magic: the Gathering flavor texts. I am choosing for now to deem that an acceptable variant. Any further uses will be added to that character's tab, and I will still note new additions.

Invisible Force Field from Magic: the Gathering's Marvel Super Heroes set. Invisible Woman is depicted on the art and the flavor text is "Behind me. Now." I suppose she is not technically quoted in the flavor text, but the art depicted clearly suggests she's the one saying it. Sometimes Magic flavor texts choose to omit quote attributions when the speaker is the focus of the art.

Colossus, Steel Stalwart from Magic: the Gathering's Marvel Super Heroes set. It depicts Colossus, as expected, and the flavor text reads "Behind me, comrades! Use my armored body as a shield!" As this is a card literally depicting Colossus, it is even easier to assume this quote is attributed to Colossus without being told that it is.

In an absolutely embarrassing oversight, I forgot to add Gideon Jura to the list, who has had a card saying this in the flavor text since before this list was even a thing (but after I started noting it). This has been corrected.

A Magic: The Gathering card called Give No Ground. The effect is irrelevant, just that it depicts Gideon Jura in the art and the flavor text is him saying "Get behind me!".

Thanks to DanArndtWrites posting this on Twitter, Scott Summers (apparently, I would have never have guessed) has been added. A pathetic "get behind me" is still a "get behind me".

Hi chat. I'm working on a document that compiles every instance of a character or person saying a variation on the phrase "stand behind me" or "get behind me". As you can see by the current examples, I am being as thorough as I can be. If you can think of or find any examples, let me know.

Me after making a few Daggerheart characters using Demiplane, after having long since disregarded it as "the 5e knockoff made by the Critical Role guys" and finding it to be a lot more interesting than I thought it was with some design details I really like:
