After the Steelers selected Derrick Harmon with the 21st pick, his voice cracked on a conference call as he shared the news. His mother was on life support at a local Detroit hospital. Harmon was able to tell his mom he got drafted on Thursday night before she died.

Took me a year of teaching myself, listening to an audio book in my work commutes/walks, squeezing in what little bit I could but I did it. First try and I passed the exam. I'm officially a Certified Professional (medical) Coder. I get to write initials after my name 🤣
