i'll end with that i am grateful for all i had learned, and that i do still feel a creative spark that's trying to stay lit. i don't know what or how i'll do it, but i still want to do something with Skye and his universe, as well as the SATBK AU that i had. for the only reason that I want to.

there's a more I could say, but i will continue to choose my peace. i can only hope that maybe one day change is possible. i'd like to add for the old team that this is not forgiveness or a sign to reach out. if you have tried already and i haven't made an attempt to talk to you, I won't.

i learned that my kindness should have limits. i should not spread myself so thin for those who would not extend the same towards me. i also learned that I need to let others help. nothing can be perfect, and its actually the imperfections that make us human.

i look back on the year and a half i'd spent in full dedication to the project and it still hurts. it probably will for a while yet, but healing takes time and i'm doing my best. i met and lost many people i once called friends. I had dreams to make more memories, but the toll it took was too much.

you can and should enjoy all the silly moments together, but the glue that keeps people together is sharing actual connections. talking. being able to have not only vulnerability, but the capacity to take accountability and make actual, sincere change if you messed up.

the people who genuinely care about you will stick around for all the parts of you; but they also won't be afraid to challenge you if you're doing something stupid. true friendship is not a transaction. it is not what you can do for one another, but how you make each other better.

i've spent a lot of time reflecting on things i'd experienced, things i'd done, and i've come to a couple conclusions for myself that I believe will help me be better for the future. namely; not to compromise my integrity for the sake of someone else's comfort, or to be seen as likable.

this is going to be a kinda long and weird post but its probably for the best after everything's said and done. what's happened to me since I left #TSG / #TDG ? well, a lot of soul searching. therapy. medication. trying to process everything i'd gone through.
