Research by @staceypope.bsky.social et al. conceptualizes men’s football clubs as an “extremely gendered” organisational form. Tracing women’s leadership trajectories over 3 decades, they show how clubs maintain masculine dominance by women having peripheral roles. Article: doi.org/10.1177/0891...
