I might be old school but I have a recurring desire to build a modern, not shitty, forum package with the intention of reviving the golden age of forums. The most recent generation of forum software (like Discourse) honestly suck - bloated SPAs, clunky unfamiliar UIs, outdated designs.

I have been using the absolute piss out of @anthropic.com Claude Code. Finding out what it's good at (React code with lots of examples in your codebase, relatively simple backend scaffolding) and what it's not (pretty much everything else). But it's astonishing just how time it can save you.
