Ceding ground to the right wing never works because voters don’t want to choose between 99% Hitler and 100% Hitler. You can’t pass draconian immigration laws then be mad that they get implemented. Dems thanked ICE and for what? Dems passed the Laken Riley Act and for what? To bolster Trump’s admin.
