Early sunrises on permanent Standard Time would cause no harm. Late sunrises in winter caused by permanent DST would endanger morning commuters!

Anyone else just love how several times a year, some standing meetings shift around and others don’t? Okay—me neither. We should have permanent standard time everywhere, globally. It’s the only correct option.

Kids were asking about the Int’l date line on the world map. Explained about time zones and going east/west and clock changes. Noon is about when the sun is overhead. Sun moves 360°/24=15°/hr. But “daylight savings” ruins this explanation, for zero good reason. #endDST
