You are being watched 👁️

This OC is named Lorelei and he belongs to Shugo - shugoo.bsky.social
A greyscale drawing of a creature draped in long fur. He has a wolf-like skull for a head and a crown of flowers. Small, dark wings with eye sigils protrude from his body. He peers back at you, his lanky clawed hand raised. #Stasanie

In March 2024, I joined Glitch as lead technical artist for this beautifully gruesome project. Prepare yourselves for this mindfuck whirlwind we have cooking up…I couldn't be more enthused if I tried. Here’s my contribution for the teaser! Also, I voice the creatures >:3

FIVE DAYS LEFT TO VOTE! Check out www.tagnegotiations2024.com to read the Memorandum of Agreement. A yes vote ratifies the current MOA for the next 3 years, a no vote sends us back to the bargaining table with the AMPTP. Your vote is your voice! #standwithanimation

have different requirements and responsibilities of their TDs. It's whack :)

Sera ✶☁️🪽 @srif.bsky.social · 10/12/2024

To be fair, the classification of what our work is and how to separate that into a separate title is difficult. Same thing goes for AI. How do we term genAI against a workflow tool? How do we dictate a retakes artist into an animator category with other responsibilities? Each studio + medium>

There's lots of areas that are unaffected by a lot of the discourse, plus independent work is gaining popularity. Places still exist outside of it all, but yeah right now is pretty bleak. Especially for people trying to start out...

Do not get your information about union contracts from a film tabloid. Please come to meetings. Ask questions.

For Outsiders: this is NOT a deal, it's not a contract. It's a tentative agreement that still needs to be ratified by a vote. For Union Kin: PLEASE go to the GMM (light on info) and upcoming Town Halls (heavy on info) regarding this. Get informed, know what's on the line. Vote with knowledge.

I've been asked about tattoo designs aaand... I don't have the opportunity to open tattoo comms right now but maybe I could do some simple graphic style tattoos for sale (multi-slot)? What kind of things would you be interested in? 💛
