Hi everyone, quick update from the team. We've been reviewing all the feedback we've received on the new Terms of Use, and we've agreed on a list of goals for revising them. We're now working with our legal counsel on how best to do that. We'll update you as soon as we have more to share.

You have already lost a ton of people's interest in using your service and their respect besides. Now that you may be doubling back again on our rights with our runs, please tell us, why should anyone listen to or trust ELO and the SRC staff at all? What's going to prevent this happening a 3rd time?

SRC changed their terms of use yesterday, and released a news post with an FAQ. They make it sound like not a big deal. It's a big deal. The Creative Commons licence is gone. They claim ownership over the data now. Thread about what this means, and what we can do about it 🧵

The character limit here grinds my gears. I think I'm better at posting mini blogs over on discord lmao. I beat Commandos and Dragon's Dogma (platinum) so I an slotting in a PAL exclusive PS2 game for y'all. Schedule: Til Beaten: CT Special Forces: Fire for Effect Then: Rise of the Ronin

June 30th I've been pulling away from using social outside of discord (as you may have noticed) and so comes the final day of BSKY. I'll keep the account but won't be actively monitoring or posting anymore. Alongside this, my XIV sub ended so I can focus on some IRL things that need done. 1/2

June 2nd Happy June! Already basically summer in the north & I couldn't be more glad for it. On that note, my static is done & I officially am quitting XIV until 9.0 in ~30 days. Also happy patch day, this will be my last patch for real. Speaking of last, I'll be leaving bsky as well soon. 1/2
