Unfortunately, it is an incredibly common experience for queer people of color to enter queer spaces and find white queers who victimize themselves as if no one has ever felt what they're feeling and no one has ever been attacked in such a way and no one understands that I'm just a lil bean.

Forever and always hoping more people draw disproportionate arm fat akin to this. tdookus's drawing of a gardevoir/latios hybrid made me realize how delightful and pretty arm fat can be, but there aren't a whole lot of examples I've come across since. Glad to finally have art of myself in that vein!

Very much so!! My friend commissioned this as a gift, and besides providing some guidelines at the start, I was uninvolved. Arm fat is super important to me, so one such guideline was to emphasize it, and it came out quite lovely!, My friend did very well curating it in my stead,,

Drew myself,... it's pretty rough (both in that I didn't make it super clean, & I'm just not a great artist) but I'm happy with what it is regardless,, c:

Kiwi, a fat deer who uses doe/doe pronouns, faces the viewer but has doe head turned to the side, and is blushing. Doe has short and sorta messy hair, and a pink bowtie on doe right ear. Doe fat belly rests upon a bed just a little, and doe sinks a hoof into it while doe other hoof rests gently, embarrassed, upon doe neck. Doe relatively small boob lays atop the belly as well. Doe arms are profoundly fat and droopy.

I feel almost guilty throwing my ref in, given the number of responses,... >w> but regardless, here it is. I'm an agender transfem doe, whose hair is kinda shakily consistent in the ref lol so I've added checkmarks pointing to the accurate ones

That hoof's arm is excessively fat, drooping quite a bit at the bottom. Doe other hoof sinks deeply into doe massive belly, along with its forearm. The belly hangs over the side of the couch. A Swipin' Stu from Super Mario Sunshine is smooshed under doe upper arm fat and belly, looking oblivious and with its wings simply resting downward as it sits in its cozy little spot.

The former feels like it's genuinely just misguided on what support should look like, and I don't think improving that portrayal has to change the progression of the story at all. The latter is just… gross, and I feel like pointing that out. I also don't wanna be an obnoxious git…? ^w^;
