That's been my max, too. :) Weight loss is a big goal, but I'm seeking it as a byproduct of permanent lifestyle changes. Fasting is my reset as I tune into what I eat, how I eat, and when. I'm coupling it with exercise and meditation. So far, I've felt...lighter. And better. More alert and focused.
