Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 12/08/20269. Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment - 100% Still the best the Shovel Knight series has to offer. Kind of want to go for all of the feats later on, but I'll leave it at a completed save for now. 100 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 06/08/20262. Historically, if a game doesn't specify on the physical packaging that it is a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and includes an upgrade pack, it's a seperate item and application according to the system and eShop 201 2
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 06/08/20261. In Mojang's post announcing the Switch 2 version of Minecraft, they stated owners of the Switch 1 version would be able to upgrade to the Switch 2 version in some way 201 2
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 26/07/2026Not sure if it counts since they were scrapped from the game, but I adore Splats. Easily one of my favorite Badniks ever 020 2
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 22/07/20262.5 Shadow Generations - 100% Despite having done several playthroughs, I had never done a 100% run. Went and finally did that the other day, so that's another thing off my bucket list. I honestly feel like I'll never get tired of this game. 000 0
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 20/07/2026I would kill to have an indie rep for Smash, but I'm split between Shovel Knight and Zagreus 1110 11
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 06/07/2026Random post because I've been doing too much reposting 130 3
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 05/07/20268. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment - Completed A good game overall, and while it does improve upon Age of Calamity in some ways like the overall gameplay, it does falter a bit in areas Calamity excelled in such as the playable character roster and the original elements in the story. 110 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 04/06/2026Y'all gotta play this beautiful bastard of a game 000 0

Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 16/05/20266. Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors - Completed Game of the Year, fight me. My most anticipated release this year, and it did not disappoint. Thank you to all of the amazing people at Poncle and Nosebleed for this absolute masterpiece. Will be getting 100% every update. 100 1

Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 09/05/20265. Metroid Prime 4 Beyond - Completed By no means an amazing game, but still a great one nonetheless. After what I had read online about the game, I was expecting it to be pretty bad, but I ended up enjoying some of its shortcomings. I like MacKenzie as a character. 120 2
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 28/04/2026I really want to get Rebirth, but with it being a key card release, no matter what way I do it my microSD is getting devoured 000 0
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 06/04/2026From a distance, this looked like Mumbo Jumbo 100 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 30/03/20264. Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe - 100% A fun, unique, and short little rhythm game. Final level is a kick in the balls to perfect though. Would do it again. 110 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 08/02/20263. NieR: Automata - Playing Unlike the prior two games, I have not completed this one yet. NieR: Automata so far has been an absolutely beautiful game in virtually every aspect and is the closest I've ever been to what I would consider my perfect game. Will do an extensive review when I'm done. 110 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 07/02/2026Realised I haven't done a stupid shit post in a hot minute. Enjoy 131 3
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 01/02/2026While Bowser's Inside Story DX was their last solo developed project for Nintendo, it wasn't the last game they worked on for the company. Prior to filing for bankruptcy in 2019, AlphaDream had provided work for Mario & Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. 000 0
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 17/01/2026Official Classic Shadow is right here what are you on about 0121 12
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 09/01/2026Using AI to generate development mockups is cringe. Embrace using completely unrelated character renders and doodles 020 2
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 08/01/20262. Shadow Generations - Finished - Replay Still one of the best Sonic games ever made, probably even the best. Every moment of the game was insanely fun, and the story still hits you like a semi truck by the end. Hats off to everyone who contributed to this phenomenal masterpiece. 350 5
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 04/01/20261. Toree Saturn - 100% One of my favorite indie games I played last year. Wish there was more to do, but what's here was amazing. Can't wait to see what comes next from the dev! 151 5
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 01/01/2026Project Diva Mega Mix - Playing Simple and fun rhythm game. Music selection is solid and it has my beloved Akita Neru 000 0
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 01/01/2026Mario Kart World - Finished By no means a bad game. A very unique take on the Mario Kart formula that while does fall flat in some aspects, notably a handful of the game's intermission courses, is still a great time to play 100 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 01/01/2026Super Mario RPG - Playing A very visually appealing remake of the SNES classic. Battle system additions are fun to use, but make the game feel significantly easier and thus a lot shorter than it already was 100 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 01/01/2026Kirby Air Riders - Finished Simple yet incredibly elaborate gameplay. Easy to pick up and play a few rounds. Road Trip mode was incredibly addicting and the final boss was hype as fuck. Loved the gameplay additions to the core of Kirby Air Ride 100 1
Squid @squidfrontiers.northsky.social · 01/01/2026CV: Portrait of Ruin - Finished Disappointingly short. Gameplay and environments were great. Two character mechanic was cool in concept, but Charlotte felt less of a second character and more of a utility in execution 100 1
