A new planting tribulation I was NOT expecting 🤣

My GIANT Sweet Abelia I temporarily heeled in ages ago made me two babies this Spring. Stuffing ten dollar plants into some ten cent holes, surrounded by a thick mat of basically mint and goldenrods and phlox. NOW FIGHT. 🤣❤️

The little vacuum wand is a huge success. Sure, my hand is dead, but after like. Seven or eight solid hours and not two like before! 🤣💪☠️ I placed ALL THESE cabochons on relics today!

Piece of Misha shirt with all small round stones on it

Piece of Dean shirt with a shitload of 20mm stones on it and a bunch of hearts too

This gadget saved my hand? I just placed all these glass cabochons without using tweezers!!! I'm not in pain!!! HOORAY!!! 🥰🥰🥰

L - Ornament have a pretty good gap between 2 past the raised rim R - Heart button glued to a leverback pad. Still figuring out how much I need to use.

Wish they'd sent ANY KIND OF TIP with the gorilla glue one but it's thick enough to fill the gap between ornaments and really low VOC as far as my body can tell. The second one is also really low smell and pasty enough to not slide around much until it sets so I was able to attach flat backs see ->

Bakery boxes come in a number of sizes that are not quite right. 😜 I got the 3 by 3 but there's no 5 by 4 by 1.5 🤣

Anyone remember about ten years ago on twitter when I sent a Soldier Boy fan art gift pack to the marketing team of Astroglide and they sent me one back? That gift basket stuff has been waiting for an occasion special enough, and now THIS SOLDIER BOY BUTTON was born with a drop of it MUAHAHHAHA 🤣🤣🤣

It just occurred to me to try LUBE in my button mold and now I have a powerful urge to see what happens 🤣🤣🤣 The rubbery fabric makes it stick to the mold and get all fucked up

Frogspotting has gone from intermediary to advanced. 😜 Looks like this now, b usually just a snoot under the edge of a leaf You have to wait 5 minutes, staring, until whoever ducked under comes up for air. Benny CAUGHT one today, but I made him spit it out. 🤣🐸🐩 He glomps a lotta wet leaves, too😜

NEW CERTIFICATE is finished. I did print ONE copy upside down front to back, but still a very good print day! 🥰🥰🥰

Today appears to be a good brain day for printing shit out, so I'm restocking certificates. I am COMPLETELY OUT of this one. o.O

The backs of Misha's fingers brushed this fabric from inside his left jacket pocket countless times and now those knuckle prints are getting nailed down forever 😜💪❤️

I can tell I mean business bc I just sourced adorable window-cut bakery boxes AND crinkle paper to fit my WINCHESTER ORNAMENTS 🥰🥰🥰

Riiight. It's old people's retirement funds and the houses they live in that are the problem, folks! Not these billionaires or AI dipshits at alllll

Headline says The great Boomer hoard: Americans 55 and over hold $140 trillion blah blah blab

I... think I have to remove this little shield before I put glue to this thing.

At certain angles this fabric is *reflective*. It's gonna look really cool under glass! 🥰🥰🥰

Removing ONE SLEEVE took me over an hour. There is a teeny tiny buffalo plaid strip that lined each sleeve hem I did not know that! 🥰😍

This awkward masterpiece from TEN years ago just came up in my Facebook memories 😬🤦‍♀️🤣 (I *always* slouch for Misha, even in heels, bc most faves don't know what to do with a giant fan. I am taller than Misha.)

Self stick canvas too thick to even get the back inside it well BUT the button is still too small to fit in the settings. This Calvin Klein polo that is too short for my husband is thinner BUT made a wider button that just about fits Clearly I do not not understand the physics at work here

Canvas backing on a circle makes a difficult to make but not much thicker button

Thinner jersey fabric is just about right

Calamity Caitlin @squeevening.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Experimenting with different fabric as a first layer behind Sammy's Christmas shirt bc it's not flannel so by itself it makes fabric buttons too small to fit in my settings 😡 AND I'M BAAAAACK ON MY BULSHIT A GA A A IIIN 🤣💪

We drove all the way to see a little bit of the ocean this weekend, it was an absolutely gorgeous drive home, and no word of a lie the most beautiful scenery was three minutes from home. Today's #SerenityToShare 🍁🍂❤️
