Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Yeah I always associated them as a trilogy because of the way they were built. 010
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 06/09/2026I would love it if they did that. Conflicted on if I should extend that to Minish Cap because the sprite work is so nice... The diorama camera could go wild with tilt shifting from the main theme, at least. 110
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 05/09/2026You should consider Ekorren’s advice: he’s squirrelled away a few snacks before. 020
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Intermission tracks really did a number on World’s staying power. 020
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 01/09/2026Well if you haven’t played it it’s more Go To Ivalice, sprout. 120
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 01/09/2026Oh yeah here's a really accurate @ricochetwolf.bsky.social drawing I made. 117740
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 25/08/2026That's really cool... and epic. Would there be a way to create transparency out of white backgrounds as part of this? 100

Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 14/08/2026I’m guessing that’s doing a full routine in 30? That seems kinda fast. 110
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 03/08/2026I say cameo, but I think the episode was centred around him. Jellystone took some nice creative liberties with a lot of old cartoons. If I'm remembering correctly, he was a fictional character in his own spy movie. 130
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 03/08/2026He had a cameo in the recent Jellystone cartoon, but it's about a gap as large as the original to Super Secret's airing. 1170

Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 15/07/2026Honestly I prefer the symbols because letters are commonly shared between two different platforms. Minimal ui is a detriment, they really should bring back colour for button prompts. 000
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 14/07/2026The early bosses feel like a real highlight of the original design for the series. There is a gimmick that you must overcome. In CD this means clearing the act in 20 seconds sometimes due to lack of scripting. 000
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 14/07/2026Special stages were definitely ambitious but when playing the digital release I’ve always abused the ability to save, quit and retry them infinitely. 000
Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 14/07/2026I’m happy they released an edition some 15 years ago that combined the soundtracks among other qol. I think that port was even decompiled a couple years ago, so now the door is open to more modifications. Some levels in CD are strange, but I remember it was technically a sequel to Sonic 1. 000

Sqrl @sqrl.bsky.social · 11/07/2026It’s a pretty sizeable game if you want to find everything it offers. Playing a randomiser really opened my eyes to how many different ways you can tackle the game. 000
