Although my style of clothing fluctuates every once in a while, I was always so self conscious about my body which is why I had the habit to cover it. But finally being able to embrace my insecurities allows me to feel much more comfortable in my feminine body 💕

Anyone else hate when winter comes? I’m really not a winter person.. I just hate when I get sick! I’m sick with a cold right now and OMG my sinus has been killing me!! Ughh! 🤧 I do have my soups and have been taking care of myself best as i can! I want to be better already 😭😭

In some cases, tummy issue can come from stress. Finding ways to decompress in a high stress work environment can be hard but having something cold to touch can help, breathing exercises, fidget things, and muscle massages can help a whole lot. Hope your tummy feels better, lmk if you need more tips

I would also recommend tummy massages. I usually rub my tummy in an arch form. Start from the left, up the tummy to the right and down and then repeat. Sort of like a U. Cold water or room temperature water handy, if it’s hunger related, remember to bring snacks. If it’s stress, breathing techniques

I don’t work night shifts, but I’m an expert at tummy issues at night. Warmth and pressure are your best friend. It can be a rolled up hoodie, pillow, or anything that can be used as cushion. Use that as warmth and put it near your abdomen/tummy for a few mins. Or if you have heat packs, use those.

The one thing I HATE is when people do not finish their side of the art trade. I had 3 that I did like LAST MONTH- and all 3 have not completed their side. One I had to cancel cause of some personal issues they dealt with, second hasn’t responded in a month, and the 3rd has sent no updates in weeks.

Went to my first comedy show tonight. I’d say it’s definitely a new experience for me to be in such a open adult space. At a club, on a Sunday night. Especially with my mom 🤣 it was fun, got to meet my favorite comedian that I can NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT!! Such a crazy experience I won’t forget
