Okay so here's what's going on: The infection in my right ear didn't fully clear out, the proferated ear is healing but it's what's causing dizzynes. Sometime after I finished the antibiotic I caught some virus because my immune system was compromised. All other tests were good.

Final update on the ear situation, I just went to get checked up after the antibiotic treatment, the infection is gone and I don't need a surgery on the other ear

Small update on my ears, the infection got worse and one of my ears is bit deaf rn and in pain. Other has an issue with the eardrum...it's why i've been bit on the quiet side. It's pretty hard to focus with this ear pain
