Weird. The Walmart in his district must have missed the memo. His price is under 25% of what you'd actually pay.

Dear moslty useless Google AI, tell me about this Metaxis guy...
Screen capture of a google search for "Eric Metaxas critique"

"Eric Metaxas faces widespread critique for his pivot toward right-wing Christian nationalism, controversial historical revisionism, and hyper-political rhetoric. While his earlier biographies on figures like William Wilberforce and Dietrich Bonhoeffer were widely read, his recent work has alienated historians, theologians, and moderate Christians."

Stole this from some random redditor. Fits though!
A four frame cartoon.

Frame 1: a character pulls on a rope, as in a tug of war. Shirt reads "Jesus' Teachings"

Frame 2: Slight zoom out from prior image. We see that character 1 is being assisted in his pulling by another cartoon character. This character wears a shirt labeled "Atheists".

Frame 3: We see two characters pulling on the opposite end of the rope. One wears a shirt reading "Christian Nationalism" and the other, in a top hat and suit is labeled "Capitalism".

Frame 4: Character wearing "Jesus' Teaching" shirt appears alone with a speech bubble readin "Huh?"

Funding
Main financing has come from Goldman Sachs and venture capitalists such as Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's Vulcan Inc., Rockefeller's Venrock, and Richard Kramlich's New Enterprise Associates. The Government of Russia, through the joint-stock company Rusnano, invested in Tri Alpha Energy in October 2012, and Anatoly Chubais, Rusnano CEO, became a board member. Other investors include the Wellcome Trust and the Kuwait Investment Authority. As of July 2017 the company reported that it had raised more than $500 million in backing. As of 2020, it had raised over $600 million, which rose to around $880 million in 2021 and $1.2 billion as of 2022.

Perhaps ready the post I replied to? In virtually any measurable sense (baring only overt, public, state sponsored antisemitism) Stalin was at least irrationally bloodthirsty as any Nazi you might care to name. We were allied with him, doesn't mean he wasn't a pile of shit.
I’ve got HUGE problems with Stalin but this equivalence is insulting. Under no reasonable metric is the USSR, even at its most depraved and paranoid, as bad as Nazi Germany.

Google Unanimous Consent. There were, roughly, three Republican Senators invoved in passing this. Here is the entire vote:

                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

Mr. HOEVEN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following resolutions
which are at the desk: S. Res. 391, S. Res. 392, S. Res. 393, S. Res.
394, and S. Res. 395.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolutions en bloc.
Mr. HOEVEN. I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions be agreed
to, the preambles be agreed to and that the motions to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table, all en bloc.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolutions were agreed to.
  The preambles were agreed to.
(The resolutions, with their preambles, are printed in today's Record
under ``Submitted Resolutions.'')

Doctor I trust more than RFK Jr
Jack Elam as Doctor Nikolas Van Helsing in "The Cannonball Run" (1981).

He is a middle aged white man with messy hair, a rumpled white coat and a broad frown. The actor had a childhood injury to his left eye which resulted in it not tracking with his right.

The overall effect is NOT the doctor you want to see in the emergency department.
