Her body is giving her contradicting signals. Stomach is telling her she's starving, because she does skip meals. But her belly cavity being overstuffed with filling, she feels just very bloated and not really like she could fit much food in her. She's maybe slightly regretting her latest fill up.

A cat seen in that BigMageCat pic from a while back. Obsessed with being big, gained a bunch of weight to be big. She was advised to quit gaining, for obvious reasons (health). She freaked out of the idea of deflating, so she hunted down a surgeon willing to stuff her abdomen with breast implants.

Can there be a reasonable balance to a character's size, or is it just "bigger is better"?

Clearly no difference. (She thinks) Shes never been considered exactly "slim", but couple years back she was still what could be considered "cuddly". Nobody knows whats going on in her private life and why she gained so much weight, to get to her shape in the pink dress. Shes dieting now though.

POV: Your supervisor is showing around the workplace on your first work day. Your eyes keep wandering to various parts of her chubbiness. Maybe you should pay attention to what she's saying...

I don't know if its because its the first picture in the thread, but its kinda funny that the "slimmest" form of the round cat is getting most likes.

POV: Your supervisor is a bit forgetful chubby cat. She had forgotten some important papers at the office, so you decided to bring them to her. As she's working remotely that day. She tends to dress quite modestly for work, so the first view of her tigerstripes might come as a surprise.

Just experimenting with POV flavour texts. Dunno if it's actually necessary/in anyone's taste.

She's clearly just like nothing's changed. While the person she bumped into is wondering if she's always been that round and if she always had trouble with long sentences, needing to have a breathing pause in middle of sentences. I need to stop editing this same picture and draw something new.

No way did she get another fill up, so soon already? She tries to convince people there's nothing to worry about, even if she sounds very exhausted and strained.

Looks extra taut? (Whoever this even is)

Not sure what's going on here. She gets unpredictable as the night progresses.

Shes always been "soft figured", but with her quite sudden and rapid weight gain, various types of rumours started spreading at her workplace. She assured the concerned that shes started dieting, but really didnt help the rumours when she showed up sometime later with a significantly larger belly.

She just doesn't have the space anymore for big buffets. Has to retreat to her hotel room with a "half-empty" stomach. Though her stomach will adjust with time to the fact that she cant binge herself to her stomach's limit.

Foraging skills. Ranger Bear from the other acc, in higher res.

Novice Mage Cat. Wip. She gets so often mistaken for a much older Battlemage. Maintaining a balanced figure is a skillful art, and battlemages would only in their 30s, with years of experience start to let themselves balloon to a size like Novice Cat.

Lazy edit of the Round Cat. She most likely ends up meeting bunch of relatives during her summer vacation, though, every time hears from them about her weight. After she healed up from the surgery, she realised she's much bigger than she had anticipated. But finds it much too exciting to complain.

She attended a party, but soon into the party the AC unit broke down. At some point people had enough of the heat, and encouraged by the booze, just removed a layer. Round Cat handles hot and humidity quite poorly, so she found a comfy spot at the balcony.

Round Cat from her last summer vacation, vs now. She does get bit nervous if she notices people looking at her with a look of "She definitely wasn't this big last summer?" Shes supposed to be dieting, but having gone bit overboard with the implants, she's nervous about people noticing her size gain.

I guess the new cat character seems well received. Though her weirdness isnt really externally that apparent, only if read up on her lore. But I can understand if her "unique feature" isnt in everyones taste.

Round obsessed cat. She's managed to halt any additional weight gain with her diet, but it's unlikely that she will shed much weight anytime soon. She hasn't told anyone about her project of stuffing her abdomen with implants, because doesn't want people get weirded out or worried.

A rat nerd. Sorceress outfit, for her tabletop session. Never got around colouring that messy morning rat.

Usually the mages happily showcase their belly to the portrait painter. Painter was bit surprised when Big Trainee Cat wasn't that enthusiastic, but didn't refuse either. Painter wasn't aware she's a Novice. Assumed she had the novice staff as a joke. It's extremely rare for novices to be that big.

0223

It's just her raunchy jokes. Right? She doesn't store any significant amount of mana anymore. When she's invited to festivities as a respected guest, she insists the only proper way is wearing her old mage outfit for it.

With a number of new people to this account, I think a reminder is adequate. It would be nice if people refrained from posting my stuff on other sites, and especially Discord. In this year of 2026, seeing people still use that pile of data-harvesting garbage is truly an oof moment.

wip. Tavern Bun at some party, dressed in her old mage outfit. Scaring people with her raunchy jokes.

0122

Usually she's self-regulating the fermentation pressure with tiny burps. But every now and then her burping reflex stops working without her noticing, until she realises the pressure build up. She doesn't really have any effective remedy other than sipping water and prodding her gut.

Academy considers portraits part of the "Battlemage Elegance" so they dont really keep a track on the budget spent on portraits. So Mage trainees might occasionally have some cheeky/joke portraits made. Graduating Mages send their official portraits around as part of their employment portfolio.

1194

Big mage trainee cat getting her Novice Year portrait done. Portrait painter is quite used to these mages, so isn't bothered by some oddities typical to these mages.

Which emotion is most fun regarding how a character feels about their roundness? Confident, Oblivious, Embarrassed, Distressed, Something else?

This account doesn't have that much stuff yet. But which character has so far seemed interesting?
