SPUD NEWS: It WAS crystals! We got him there before it fully clogged. He’s been on a catheter for a day now with a few more to go. I hope he can come home by tomorrow evening, but if he needs to stay another day, it’ll cost but oh well. Thanks everyone for helping! He loves you all too! 🧡

Hi friends. Spud’s status turned critical last night. He’s been hospitalized again with what we now suspect is a bladder block. The docs have their suspects. This has been extremely stressful for our family. Emergency expenses have racked up, and all we can do is hope he is cleared soon.

What. A. Day. Spud did himself a mischief somehow yesterday and ended up in a lot of pain. Thanks to the e-vet, he got a good dose of ALL THE DRUGS, and was discharged hours later. No word on what it was, but he sure was spicy about it. He’s gonna be pampered for a few days while he recovers.

Spud’s been on a daily dose of Benadryl for a while now - it helps control his asthma and allergies through the year, so less vet visits. What it also does is give him THE MUNCHIES. 😂 This happens an hour after I dose him, like clockwork, every day. Listen to the song he sings and rejoice.

The Baron is recovering from another round of dental surgery. Unfortunately he is one of those cats that suffers from dental resorption. Last time it caught me by surprise and the TK community helped me out, which I’m grateful for. We’re good this time, but I feel so sorry for the little butt. 🧡
