I still live in fear every day that i'm gonna get harassed, but it's better than before. strange, but better. at least i know i have a better chance to make it to old age now! even if i could have started earlier. oh well. if only i could just pass off as cis someday.

I think that might just be because like it or not, thanks to mom, people irl are starting to figure out my true self and it just strangely makes me all happy and giggly. i've basically lost nearly my entire early adulthood to depression and the fact that i'm starting to get out there more is amazing

Yeah it's helping me too, I can definitely feel like soon I'll actually be able to socialize at work for the first time ever. Gah it only took that long lol I think both of us are still learning. And a good chunk of the people Mom told were parents of trans/nb kids too. So yea. Good safe spaces
