Trying to make it look factory. Decided to see how the shroud would fit since it holds both the washer fluid system and coolant reservoir (annoyingly). I will have to figure out a different intake tube and make some other modifications. Unsure how much that fan moves. May need an HD radiator.

Ouch. Was going through the canes drive through yesterday and the kid said he was asking a trivia question to everyone. He goes “What major event happened in 1939?” Me, expecting it to be something more specific, said “WWII started?” Yes, and of 20 people only 2 got it right. Old and young. 🤦‍♂️

Progress update on the Durango. It is now The first 6.4L first gen Durango. Bolted in, got more to do. Test fitting some things. Surprised the stock harness matches up as much as it does. Also used an old cold air intake from the Mustang that seems to be a perfect fit. A shame you can’t see more.

Also to note, the Durango uses this radiator cap tee in between the upper hose. The good news is that Dorman makes an aluminum version, and all I need to do is cut the new hose where appropriate and slip this in.

Got the accessories out together mostly. Waiting on some hardware. But nice to see it does all seem to line up. And I had a great idea to use the upper hose from a WK2 grand cherokee. Fits the engine and the Durango’s radiator

Hemi is starting to look like an engine. Delay after delay. Had one head gasket mispackaged by the manufacturer. Took awhile to get another. Dropped the intake on for fun.

No one gives a shit and I need to get past that. About me I mean. I try to reach out to people but at the end of the day you can’t force something. I think I was lucky to have one person I could actually connect with and as a sort of punishment they aren’t around anymore. So back to nothing.
