You can also soak your hand in warm while doing stretches, or cold for a few mins to help with pain after a long session. That could help with the swelling and pain. But longevity is what is more important for pain/numbness! So purchase a stress ball/something to squeeze to strengthen the hand.

Pulling on it can help too, but I would not recommend it if your pain is already high. Instead you can lay your fingers against a table & flex it gently until you get a good stretch in, then afterwards, slowly make a tight fist until your fist is as tight as possible.

Start by using your other hand that's not hurting and using your thumb to gently rub from the center of your palm up to the base of your index knuckle where it meets your hand. Gently rubbing around this joint + gripping the finger itself & gently rotating the finger side to side will help. ↩️☝️↪️
