The line was 5 hours long. I thought of how many of their children were not vaccinated at all. I also thought that I never met a dog with Autism either. 030

I turns out only 14% is from federal or roughly $2200 per student. That means 86% is already funded from state & local agencies. I'm sure the states can come up with more funds for missing federal programs. 010
