It's just frustrating. I can get over my r*post ex just fine, his ignorant brainless ass can stuff it but like. I trusted my friend, confided in her, and while a lot of her behavior makes a lot more sense with this context, it sucks to have been strung along like that. She could've talked to me.

I'm a little better now than I was, but I'm still incredibly sore and life is more lonely now than it's ever been. I have a lot of good with the bad, though - not everything is bleak but, I'm stuck in this period of hurt and mourning and it's not fun. It'll get better but for now I'm hurting.

So, on top of leaving my abusive ex after 9yrs after having that wake up call, my (now ex) best friend of 15yrs told me she's resented me for years and had been stringing me along for however long, and only after I caught her vagueposting about me on Tumblr did she tell me and end the friendship.
