Believe me when I say that the PS3 version changed drastically the way I saw this videogame. The graphics and gameplay were better, the character design wasn't horrendous, and there was more freedom of creation than on the limited PSP version. I instantly fell in love with this game.

My first true touch with ModNation was I think between 2017 and 2018. I was given a PSP Street (which I still own) with a copy of ModNation Racers PSP. I remember beating the entire story of the game and being incredibly kin towards Gary Reasons, I always felt bad for him when he was bullied by Biff

If I remember correctly, my first touch with ModNation was through that promotional Flash game called "Mini GP." I used to play a shitton of Flash games back in the day, just like any other kid with access to the internet, and I remember this was one of those games I used to play.

ModNation on the other hand, got its servers shut down in 2017-2018, San Diego Studio now solely develops games around the MLB since 2018, never released any merchandise, never formed collaborations in other games like Astro Bot, and never released DLCs based on the game.

Section 8 of the U.S. Trademark Act declares that the legal owner of the trademark must show proof that they're still using the trademark for commercial purposes. Sony hasn't been using the ModNation trademark for any purpose other than obscure merchandise and keeping the OG servers up until 2018.
