The reason science, reason, and progressive ideals often struggle to resonate is that we can come across as smug and unrelatable. When you compare leading right-wing media figures to those on the left, it's clear how the right and undecided audiences might perceive progressives as arrogant.

Today is a monumental day. My son is auditioning for his favorite music school. And I (computer science major/software engineer) have realized that my kids are now more tech savvy than I am. And where are my damn glasses/get off my lawn.
