Pondering the anatomy of this garden gnome. The "hat" is a fruiting body so is their genitals, the beard hyphae and nose are probably involved in that. L Based on mushroom anatomy the actual gnome is probably the boots and the rest is complex reproductive organs.

The island was named Deep Space Island after one of my big interests at the time, Star Trek, with several miis from various series around. Weirdly enough, at the time I made them I'd barely watched more than a dozen episodes of Trek. I liked the idea more than the show, I guess?
