I have an art degree from a public, non-art university (way cheaper) 1. gained skills & had access to resources i likely wouldn't have had otherwise. Had awesome profs as well 2. Yep, at my current job I use & increase skills i learned at school. still in contact w/ people i met there too

I LOVE mornings when I can just chill in my bed & knit for a while. kinda becoming a morning person since I have to get up at the same time every day to take my meds and at that point I may as well just stay up. Anyway this yarn is quite strange but I'm liking it for socks so far. #knitting #knitsky

Around 50 million people worldwide have epilepsy, making it one of the most common neurological diseases globally.
Nearly 80% of people with epilepsy live in low- and middle-income countries.
It is estimated that up to 70% of people living with epilepsy could live seizure-free if properly diagnosed and treated.
The risk of premature death in people with epilepsy is up to three times higher than for the general population.
Three quarters of people with epilepsy living in low-income countries do not get the treatment they need.
In many parts of the world, people with epilepsy and their families suffer from stigma and discrimination.

When love of weaving collides with love of insects 🐜✨ I’ve been so fascinated by ants with really unique morphology and I wanted to interact with them artistically. I design a pixel image for each ant and then weave them into a teeny tiny overshot band 😊

A digital wip of a mesohippus, ancient little horse. I'm using just photos of it's skeleton, plus modern horses muscles. Trying to figure out the colors that i want to use for this guy. For now he's light brown with some lighter, almost white parts on the neck, belly, head and legs as well. He has some little stripes on the legs (almsot similar to those that some wild donkeys have). The mane is stiff and stands straight
