Due to my DSD, I can't virilize and unless I keep very shredded (difficult now with chronic ill health), I have hips. An early idea for Spirelle ironnailafternoon.com was for Jackie start off as bulked-up. But in the end, it worked better to give Jackie a form of androgen insensitivity similar to mine and reimagine the character as sinewy but lean at first. #dsd #transmasc #lgbtq #spirelle #art #muscle #twink #lgbt

I get that some folk might be uncomfortable with RHPS. But as a piece of queer culture, it needs to be understood in context of its era. At its time, it was groundbreaking and its camp nature allowed it to slip under the radar in more repressive regimes. #rockyhorrorpictureshow #lgbtq #queer #lgbt

Worst thing about chronic health issues is that one day, you're on top of the world, the next there's a flare-up and you can't get out of bed. Even worse - local healthcare is either gov hospitals where you wait 13 hours to see a doc or going private, which costs the earth. #chronicillness #health

Before @spirelleart.bsky.social was old enough to consent, doctors tried to "fix" his intersex body. They left scar tissue and not much sensation. With the help of SpirelleArt's husband, the two are learning how to explore the good sensations inside their body. www.ohjoysextoy.com/intersex-bet...

Intersex: Between the Currents by SpirelleArt, published July 28, 2026 on ohjoysextoy.com/intersex-between-the-currents-spirelleart

SpirelleArt's art is realistic with a fine line and strong shadows around curves. The color palette is pastel blues, purples, and bluey-pinks.

Narration: I am a riddle. To the world. Mostly to myself.

Completely nude, Lee approaches the bed where his husband, Michael, sits expectantly on top of the covers, also fully naked. Lee is brunette, lean and androgynous. His body is a mixture of female and male characteristics - broad boyish shoulders, breast-like pectorals, wider and more feminine hips along with an androgynous face. He looks somewhere between a butch tomboy and a twink. Michael has stubble and a shaved head, while his body is hairy and strongly built, with a bit of a belly.

Narration: I was born with an intersex condition. There are fancier terms for it now. But I prefer the one most people understand.

The view descends down Lee's body, across their face, their breasts, and rests on their pubic area- which is covered by a giant question mark.
